This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Agora platform at askagora.ai (the "Service").
Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Monthly Credits
- Monthly credits are included with your subscription tier and reset on your billing date each month.
- Monthly credits do not roll over. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- Monthly credits are non-refundable.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged.
Add-On Credits
- Add-on credits are purchased separately and do not expire.
- Add-on credits carry over between billing cycles.
- All add-on credits, whether used or unused, are non-refundable.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged. Any attempted transfer will be null and void.
Account Termination
- If you delete your account or your account is terminated, your access to all credits (including unused monthly and add-on credits) ceases immediately.
- If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for unused credits upon voluntary account deletion.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days by logging in to your account in Agora, tapping Get Help, and selecting Contact Us. We will review your case and issue a correction if appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us by logging in to your account in Agora, tapping Get Help, and selecting Contact Us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
Discretionary Refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or discounts at our sole discretion. If we do so, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in Agora. After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. You do not need to contact support to cancel.
